AcuGong

What is AcuGong?

We are offering a combination of acupuncture + gong for a very limited number of people. Only 6 spots available.

Four Gates Acupuncture:

A combination of two pairs of points - Liver 3 (TaiChong) on the foot between the first and second metatarsal, and Large Intestine 4 (HeGu) on the hand on the webbing between the thumb and second digit

Benefits:

- When used together, these four points form a strong pathway between upper and lower body which can release stagnation, decrease stress, reduce pain from headache, menstrual cramping and joint pain, release tension in the upper body and reduce emotional stress and anxiety.

- This set of points also enhance digestion and support detoxification due to the nature of where they lie - on the liver and large intestine channels.

Gong Sound Therapy:

The vibrations from the gong penetrates at the cellular level which aids in rejuvenation of your cells. Much like getting a deep sleep, the gong is a great modality which turns the brain into the theta-dominate brainwave state.

Benefits:

- Deep Relaxation

- Improved Memory

- Reduced Pain

- Reduced Stress

- Improved Sleep

Andrea is a licensed Acupuncturist in NC + Amber Rae has been doing sound gong sessions for over 2 years.
