Join us for a Fun Family Yoga Class! All age groups welcome!

Melissa was in elementary education and loves being around kiddos. Her class is interactive where the child and caregiver can interpret movements and poses into plants, animals, objects, and nature. Stories and games prolong children’s time to concentrate, integrate and expanding their imagination.

This class is donation based! Suggested donation of $20 per family. Just let us know how many are in your group. See y’all there!
