Let’s gather for this Embodied Mindfulness practice, you will tap into your body as a source of awareness and learn to listen to your body’s wisdom.  You will begin building a deeper connection with your inner world and your higher self. It will also take your yoga practice to a new level!

Class will begin with mindful movement, followed by a guided meditation, and we’ll close with time to reflect and enjoy group fellowship.
