Let's gather for a relaxing evening of Yoga Nidra. It is an ancient technique that aids with sleeping issues. This type of "yogic sleep" slows down the brain waves and can help with insomnia. The gong will be played subtly in the background while you drift into your yogic sleep. Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided.
